HOUSING INVENTORIES IN THE DFW AREA HIT HISTORIC LOWS!
Want to buy a new home? It would seem to be a fairly simple thing to do. Home Mortgage interest rates are at record lows and homes are still very affordable. But is it? No it's not. At this current time, I have 5 families ready to purchase a new home that simply can't find one that meets their needs. One particular neighborhood that I specialize in has over 300 hundred homes in total and only one is for sale at this time. Average days on the market, less than one week and often less than a day. It's a phenomenon that I believe will be very short lived but for today, it's a fact. The last home that I listed for sale was on the market for less than a week and sold to the first buyer who toured the home.
